Nasi Dagang Kak Pah, Kuala Terengganu

Nasi Dagang is a plain and slightly glutinous rise dish usually taken as breakfast. Named 'Dagang' (stranger/loner) after a single tuna curry accompanying the rice',

Nasi dagang is available in stalls and hotel's coffee house. Because of difficult cooking process, most hotels took their supply from the stalls too, so taste is rather 'standardised' with the price four times higher.

The good one is available at Kak Pah in Medan Selera Batu Buruk.
